Refunds & Exchanges

Our gear is engineered for those who refuse to lose. If your purchase does not meet the P4P standard of excellence, our return and exchange policy is designed to get you back in the game as quickly as possible.

Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund.
  • Item Condition: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all return and exchange requests.

Exchanges for Staples & Equipment

  • Size & Color Swaps: If a “Staple” item does not fit as expected (e.g., swapping a Medium for a Large), please contact us within 14 days of receipt to secure your preferred size.
  • Defective Gear: In the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a direct replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, certain items such as specialized training equipment or intimate apparel are considered final sale once the seal is broken.

The Refund Process

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned package, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our “new” condition requirements.
  • Approval Notification: We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and approved.
  • Payment Credit: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that banks may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
